FAQs

About the service

  • We provide practical household support, companionship, and help with life's admin for older people in Hull and surrounding villages. Think of us as the person who keeps everything ticking over, from cleaning and shopping to sorting paperwork, accompanying you to appointments, and helping through bigger changes like moving into a care home.

  • No. We don't provide personal care such as washing, dressing, or medication administration. If you need that level of support, we can help you find the right provider. We focus on the practical, logistical, and social side of things.
